Thank you for shopping with b.Yu. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping in the following cases:
- On all orders of 2 or more items.
- On every order placed through one of our affiliates.

SHIPPING RATES
For all other orders, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Asia & Oceania: 4 to 8 business days
- Middle East: 5 to 8 business days
- Americas: 7 to 14 business days
- Europe & UK: 7 to 12 business days
These are estimates and may vary with customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are prepaid on most international orders, so you should not face surprise charges on delivery. Where a local customs fee does apply, it is the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at Fans@byu.beauty within 14 days of the shipping date and we will make it right. For damaged or faulty items, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
